Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that! I'm always gonna love you, no matter what. No matter what happens. You're my son, you're my blood. You're the best thing in my life. But until you start believing in yourself, you ain't gonna have a life.

And it is Friday while I'm writing this blog entry. After completing my final paper for the "Corporate Governance" lesson, I started translating USPAP (United States Professional Appraisal Practice) to Turkish. Real estate apprisal is something new to Turkish market and it will be one of the most popular jobs in 10 years. And yes, I'm planning to rotate my career on this way. First things first, I must learn and study every thing about appraisal then write some articles on it. The translation must be finished until Saturday. More entries coming soon.
PS : My first and last blog entry was on October 20006. It's been a long time.

After losing the blogs and the forums I loved, I started looking for something cool and new. Thanks to a friend who suggested Zaadz and here I am. I am Gökberk "Gøkberk, Gorbi, Gökbü, Satan, Sato" Can, studying "Account and Auditing" in Istanbul Commerce University. I have articles (Issues, Apr'06, June'06, July'06, Sep'06) on Internet trends on a Turkish pc magazine called PCnet. Be sure I will do best on Zaadz.
